Film Imperssed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP)

در این فیلم نحوه عملکرد ICCP در یک کشتی را به نمایش گذاشته شده است .

یک نوع حفاظت کاتدیک می باشد که توسط جریان برق عمل می کند.درباره حفاظت کاتدیک قبلا در وبلاگ ام اشاره کرده ام .این سیستم تحت تاثیر قرار دادن جریان کل سازه را در برابر خوردگی محافظت می کند. در این سیستم همیشه نیاز به یک منیع مولد انرژی می باشد مانند پانل های خورشیدی انرژی باد گاز و ژنراتور این سیستم استفاده می شود در کارهای عمرانی در زیر عرشه پل ها داخل تونل ها هر جای که خوردگی یک سازه را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.
حفاظت کاتدیک در کشتی است که اغلب توسط آند آبکاری متصل به بدنه و ICCP برای کشتی های بزرگتر اجرا شده است. از آنجا که کشتی به طور منظم از آب برای بازرسی و تعمیر و نگهداری برداشته، آن را یک کار ساده به جای آند آبکاری است.

Cathodic protection on ships is often implemented by galvanic anodes attached to the hull  and ICCP for larger vessels. Since ships are regularly removed from the water for inspections and maintenance, it is a simple task to replace the galvanic anodes
