Condolence Message in memorial of Prof. Robert Dean

امروز با خبر شدم پروفسور رابرت G دین پدر مهندسی سواحل دنیا در گذشت در روز شنبه فوریه 28 /2015 در سن 84 سالگی فارغ التحصیل دانشگاه فلوریدا کار حرفه ای خودشو در دانشگاه دلاورترین شروع کرد.

we would like to extend our sincere condolences and sympathy to Prof. Dean's family and scientists all around the world who have worked in the field of coastal engineering.

Prof. Robert G. Dean, known to most of us as a world leader of coastal engineering, died on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the age of 84. He suffered rather fragile health in recent years and he had deteriorated very rapidly with pneumonia in a few days.

 Dr. Dean spent most of his professional career as a Graduate Research Professor at the University of Florida, with brief stints at M.I.T., University of Washington, and seven years at the University of Delaware.
